Try Belly Dancing on Saturday

This Saturday, July 30th, we’ll be hosting a FREE Belly Dancing demo and class at 8:00 am in the gym in Burlington.  Come on out and try something new that is both fun and healthy.  Belly dancing can improve flexibility of the torso, build upper-body arm and shoulder strength, and strengthen the legs and long muscles of the back by hip movements. Belly dancing is suitable for all ages.
