New Group Fitness Schedules start Monday 2/20/12

The Y is embracing more and more members every day, so we have increased our variety of class offerings to engage more individuals of all fitness levels. With new offerings such as Zumba Gold® (Zumba® for mature participants), and our multi-level classes, we hope to encourage the beginner as well as the advanced exerciser to join and find community and support in our group fitness classes. In addition, we have shuffled classes to provide different classes within each time slot.
