New Group Fitness Classes at New Times!

We’re happy to be expanding our group fitness class offerings by adding some new classes at new times.  A couple of highlights on our updated schedule include Tuesday and Thursday morning classes at 7am that are designed to accommodate participants of any ability level. Cherie on Tuesdays, and Chris on Thursdays will offer dynamic multi-level classes with elements of cardio, strengthening and toning. On Tuesdays at 1:45pm, we’re excited to add Zumba Gold®, which takes the invigorating, party-like atmosphere that is Zumba® and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.  We’re also bringing back an evening Spin® class at 5:10pm on Tuesdays.
