Hula Hoop Fitness Class Demo – Friday!

This Friday, 6:45 – 7:30pm, we’ll be hosting a demo class of Hula Hoop Fitness.  Hula hooping is a non-impact, fat-burning workout that strengthens your core and calms your mind.  We want you to sweat; laugh; and challenge your limits with every “swish” of the hoop, and we’ll leave you inspired to practice and learn MORE!  Come on out and give it a try.
