Free to be Healthier

The Y offers group exercise classes for people of all ages, levels, interests and abilities. From Ab Blast to Zumba, ¬†Tai Chi to Trubo Ripped – and everything in between – you can find a physical activity class that keeps you moving in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Beginning on July 5, we invite you to share in this experience by joining us for Free Classes Week – six full days where you can try the Y, meet new people, rejuvenate your body and mind, and have fun.
