Free Programs Week (Jan. 2 – 5)

It’s time to try something new! Next week, we’ll be hosting one of our popular Free Programs Weeks, giving you the chance to demo a program to see if it’s right for you. There are a number of brand new programs for you to check out including TRX Suspension Training and Hula Hooping for Kids as well as old favorites like youth swim lessons and preschool movement classes.
